TRUTH BMX | 18" MECHANICSVILLE STREET TITANIUM BMX FRAME
The Truth 18" Mechanicsville Street frame is the most advanced BMX street frame ever made, thanks to cutting-edge manufacturing equipment and premium materials. Each frame is hand-crafted using 3Al/2.5V aerospace-grade titanium tubing.
Titanium is half the weight of steel for the same tensile strength and twice as strong as aluminum alloy. It’s also more resistant to fatigue and impact than aluminum alloys and doesn’t corrode like steel.
The frame features a standard 1-1/8" headtube, full CNC 10mm or 14mm dropouts for reduced weight and increased strength, CNC-machined headtube and bottom bracket, and laser-etched graphics. Once hand-welded, each frame undergoes heat treatment, alignment checks, and adjustments. After ensuring the frame is perfectly straight, it is heat-treated to T-6 hardness, and the BB shell is machined for smooth bottom bracket installation.
Meeting or exceeding ENBMX Racing standards, the frame specifications include:
- Top tube length: 18.5"
- Rear end length: 12.40" center to center
- Head tube angle: 75°
- Seat post angle: 71°
- Stand over: 8"
To place an order, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit on stock specs and a full deposit for custom specs to begin. The remaining balance is due when the order is ready to ship.
Production time currently takes about 60 days, excluding weekends and holidays.
