Initiate Your Request

Log into your Howler account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of trail wear or damage.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
