Wolf Tooth 96 BCD Chainring - 38t 96 Asymmetric BCD 4-Bolt Drop-Stop For Shimano XT M8000 and SLX M7000 Cranks Black. Designed to fit Shimano 4-arm 96 Asymmetric BCD XT M8000 SLX M7000 or Deore M6000 1x or 2x cranksets. These rings feature Drop-Stop tooth profiles for mud clearance chain retention and durability.
  • Features Wolf Tooths Drop-Stop tooth design for maximum chain retention
  • Drop-Stop chainrings are designed for use with 1x9 1x10 1x11 and 1x12 drivetrains
  • Compatible with all 10- 11- and 12-speed chains with the exception of Shimano 12-speed chains
  • Shimano 12-speed chains require the use of Wolf Tooths Shimano 12-speed specific chainrings
  • If using a 9-speed drivetrain use a 10-speed chain which will provide a tighter fit for better chain retention
  • Made from 7075 Aluminum for long life
  • Use of a clutch-style rear derailleur is recommended
